Stairs lead to the first floor lounge featuring a comfortable modern fabric sofa and a swivel chair, LCD TV with Freeview, solid oak TV unit and lamp tables, table and floor lamps. Access to the bathroom is from the first floor landing. Stylish vanity units, mirror, WC, heated towel rail, and a large shower. The bathroom is fully tiled with the luxury of underfloor heating. An under stair cupboard provides access to the laundry facilities, with washer/dryer.
